Pratibha Sheth - Founder & Managing Director

Ms. Pratibha Sheth is the founder of Shilputsi and the first woman to pioneer and establish a strategic HR consultancy firm in India. She has a Masters in Social Work (MSW) and Professional Training in Counseling, Therapy, Behavioral Science, Sensitivity and Individual Assessment. She has concluded Entrepreneurial Development and Training at Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Bombay as well as the EST Training conducted by Werner Erhad Associates and is a Professional T-Group Trainer herself. She is the author of a Thesis on Family Planning. 

A management consultant of immense experience and credibility, she has provided advice to various organizations including multinational and Indian companies for the last 30 years on organization development, performance management, recruitment and training. A behavioral scientist and reputed trainer, she trains and mentors several senior leaders in prominent positions.

She has been Placement Advisor and visiting Faculty Member for the MBA program of the University of Mumbai at various prestigious institutes. She is an advisor and Director on Board for several non-profit and entrepreneurial companies. She was also Honorary Executive Director of a Non-Government Organization that works with four large medical and social welfare projects.

She is a member of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS), Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and the Bombay Management Association (BMA).

Purvi Sheth - CEO (India)

Purvi Sheth, CEO of Shilputsi India, has worked with the firm for over 17 years and has several accolades to her credit. She has Executive and business responsibility for all business practices and long term growth of Shilputsi Consultants.

She is an Expert in the strategic HR management & talent transformation space with in depth knowledge of best practices in human resource and organizational development processes.

Her experience allows her to coach Board management, Business leaders and HR leaders on strategic HR solutions that are congruent with business goals. Her vast network in India and abroad allow her to provide appropriate benchmarks and points of reference to clients. Having handled board level and top management searches for Fortune 500 companies, she is a Mentor to senior and top management leaders across industries.

Purvi is a pioneer in bringing " Management Due Diligence" in M&A processes in india as well as introducing Redundancy management to large Indian and multinational companies in India. She has led managed strategic partnerships for the firm and leads a nationwide network of Directors, Senior consultants, researchers and project managers.

She is a Strategy and Leadership CPD holder from Wharton Business School, USA. She is also trained in Writing & Journalism from Xavier School of Communication.

A mentor to several entrepreneurial ventures and an advisor to the Entrepreneurship Cell at Indian Institute of Technology (Mumbai &Kharagpur) and at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai. She is also a Mentor at TIE – The Indus Entrepreneurs, Mumbai. She is a Committee Member of TIEStree Shakti.She is a certified board member by The Director’s Club Board Certification.

She is on the editorial board of IEDP and has contributed to the UK published 'India Business Guide' and is a retained columnist for the fortnightly magazine 'Money Life' as well as a guest columnist for the Business Standard, Financial Express, DNA and Indian Management Magazine.
